David Chadderton - Lindsey Wright

David is head of education for a theatre arts company in Manchester, England, north west editor and reviewer for British Theatre Guide and producer and presenter of The Theatre Show on Canalside Community Radio and podcast. He also runs the NWtheatre web site.

He has been teaching drama and creating drama courses and syllabuses for many years, and has written and directed many plays, musicals, dance shows, sketches and theatre-in-education programmes for performance by adults and children, amateur and professional.

David reviews most major theatre productions in the north west of England and during the Edinburgh festivals and has written articles for publications including City Life, Scriptwriter Magazine, Teaching Drama and Curtain Rising. He makes regular appearances on radio talking about theatre, from local community radio stations to national BBC radio.

David's books, The Theatre Makers and two editions of Practical Drama, are published by Studymates.
